Refund policy

Return Policy

At Elevate Athleisure, we’re committed to your satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit only, issued as a digital gift card for use in-store or online. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, free of damage, odors, or stains—and returned with all original tags attached. The original receipt or order number is required to verify the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance, sale, or promotional items (including those purchased with a discount code) and gift cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted.

Online Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@elevateathleisure.com with your name, phone number, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. 

Customers are responsible for creating a return label and covering return shipping costs through a carrier of their choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at contact@elevateathleisure.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and issue store credit or facilitate an exchange, subject to availability.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges for a different size, color, or style. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. Items purchased with a gift card are eligible for store credit under the same conditions as other returns.

Store Credit

We’ll notify you within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return to confirm whether it’s approved. If approved, a digital gift card will be issued for in-store or online use. If you haven’t received your gift card within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@elevateathleisure.com.

Shipping Information

All orders are fully insured, and claims for loss or damage during transit can be filed with the carrier. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the delivery service. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or claims after delivery, nor for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including during peak holiday seasons. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods. No store credit will be issued for carrier-related delays.

If your package is reported as lost during transit and an investigation has been initiated to locate the package, we kindly request that you allow the investigation process to conclude before submitting a request for a refund or store credit.

Partial Returns

For orders with multiple items, partial returns are accepted provided each item meets our return criteria. Original shipping costs are non-refunded.
